I don't use any of the payment methods, what should I do?

I have a complaint. What now?

We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected] or sending a message through our contact form. Do you want an even faster answer? Send us a message via Facebook. 

Don't forget to mention your order number with your message. We always do our best to resolve all complaints to full satisfaction

How can I order?

Placing an order with us is very easy. Click on the "Add to cart" button with the product. You will be automatically redirected to your shopping cart. Click on 'Secure payment', then enter your address details and pay securely with PayPal or Credit card.

Is ordering safe?

Of course! All orders on Blackbelts.eu go through a secure payment environment, thanks to our webshop provider.

What are the costs for a payment?

Payment is free with us. We will pay for the costs.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs of the order are for our own account. That way you will never be faced with unexpected extra costs.

I am not satisfied with my order; can I return it?

This is of course possible! Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the return shipment, it will be processed as soon as possible. When you return an order you pay the return costs yourself.


Please inform us in advance if you are making a return shipment - within 14 days of receipt. This can be done via a Facebook message, our contact form or by emailing [email protected].


I want to return an order; what should I do?

In any case, contact us first before you make a return shipment. This can be done via a Facebook message, via our contact form or by sending an e-mail to blackbelts.eu We will then guide you through the return shipment.

When returning, make sure that the packaging of Blackbelts products looks neat and that the sheet is properly packaged. We will not process a return shipment if the product is damaged because it is not properly packaged. Ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging. For other user tracks, we also have the right to charge a value reduction on the amount to be refunded.


When will I receive my money back?

Upon receipt of the return shipment, it will be processed as quickly as possible. If you receive a refund from us, we will process this refund within 5 working days. It depends on the speed of your bank when the money is in your account again. We will always keep you informed of the reimbursement.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The average delivery time of our products is a maximum of 10 working days.
